Grace Hudgins

“I have dreamed of being a teacher at CITA ever since my very first summer workshop in 2016. I am so grateful that my instructors have pushed me and taught me so much that I now get to teach the upcoming generation. CITA has been such an amazing environment and my home away from home. I am so grateful to get to express Christ’s love through dance and for this community of wonderful people. I am so excited for this opportunity and pray that I would steward it well. I am honored that I get to invest in the hearts of these students just like my teachers have invested in mine.”

Grace joined CITA in 2016, and has progressed through the school to be a company level dancer and instructor.

When she’s not at the studio dancing or teaching, Grace can be found working out, spending time with friends or planning for her wedding.

Grace is the Instructor for Pirouette, Arabesque, and Degage.

One of Grace’s favorite scripture is Ephesians 6:10-17.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
